There is an intelligent little girl down in Guyana. She lives in a home where the mother has little or no interest in the child's education. Worst they are dirt poor. This little girl often misses school, due to the fact the mother sends her down the streets to sell certain items to make ends meet.
One day all this was changed.
The plight of this little girl was described to a few persons. Then one day British Virgin Island Citizen volunteered to sponsor this smart little girls education and to aid in her welfare. Now this child is attending a private school, and all her school supplies are being met. She is excelling!
So hope for mankind is not totally lost. Help in the form of our brothers keeper still exist. Doing good is still part of our traits.
There are still hundreds of children like this today in Guyana. Reach out in whatever way you can and become a candle in the dark to such a child. God Bless you.
