The out of school and college workforce must seek from the initial stage of joining the employment force to adopt a culture of hard work, diligence, reliability and goodnatureness and to maintain this as a personal philosophy wherever they should go in life. Hard work never kills, as some would have us believe. Rather it enables one to quickly climb the ranks of promotion and favor. The rewards for hardwork are too numerous to be listed, nevertheless let me hasten to add, increases in salary, promotions, responsibility, positions of trust, friendship, respect, favors, etc.
Other factors to be embraced by the new energetic workforce in this culture of hard work are focus, commitment, speed and accuracy. In all facet of life one should always strive for excellence whilst maintaining an attitude of resolute incorruptibility.
Important considerations also includes timeliness, punctuality and respect for others. These characteristics should be the personal mantras by which we live and strive to excel in life in a working environment.
Roll up your sleeves and get to work!

Garbage Shopping
It seems nowadays "high" for many victim shoppers is garbage shopping. "garbage shopping" is buying stuff that after two days is discarded and becomes useless. At the time of shopping it seems like a good deal and that you really needed that item. But shortly afterwards, you discover that you really "don't need it."
Bear in mind your impulsive behavior lulls into believing you need to buy things that you really don't need. This type of behavior makes you the spender feels good. But this kind of effects (highs)wears off very quickly. And before long you become a habitual spender on un-neccessary things. Your hard earned incomes is slowly drained like a wrsit slashed.
Garbage shopping always seemed uncostly because it is merely a few bucks. Your mind works in a way that makes you think that somebody, perhaps a child need this and that. That is not true. Garbage shopping over a few weeks can run into thousands. This can have a detrimental affect on your dreams and other more meaningful goals.
So next time you feel the need for a high, take a walk in the park. Its free and you will be more healthy.
